The Meadow Lake District Chiefs Investment Corporation is 100% owned by MLTC. This business oversees the operation of a large warehouse located beside the office of MLTC Northern Trucking/Polar Oils.      This business investment is currently seeking a new client to make use of its vast warehouse space. This warehouse space was formerly the site of the Clearwater Sawmill, which has since ceased operation. MLDC Investment Co. is MLTC’s only real estate rental property. The warehouse space and surrounding yard was large enough to hold all of Clearwater’s sawmill equipment.
